Marius Bosmans is the driving force behind our restaurant, Arden. He is passionate about vegetables and started working at Arden after gaining experience at Hertog Jan, Boury and Nuance. His experience results in an eye for detail and a feeling for successful ingredient combinations. He masters the seasons, serving only the best nature has to offer.

A pure, terroir-driven cuisine, partly picked from the castle’s greenhouse and kitchen garden. Uncomplicated, but bursting with life and brimming with expression.

Dietary Restrictions & allergies

All our dishes are composed of a large number of ingredients, each of which contributes to our chef’s signature and to your culinary experience. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we will of course take into account the 14 major allergens and diets such as meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts and foods not recommended for pregnancy.

Unfortunately, we cannot cater for vegan diets. Due to the use of soy sauce (with gluten), we cannot offer a completely gluten-free menu.

Food preferences that are not recognized as a major allergen by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain cannot be taken into account when preparing our dishes. If you are in doubt about our ability to serve you, please contact us by phone.

Please note that dishes that need to be changed due to an allergy or pregnancy not reported at the time of booking will be charged with a €15 supplement.
