ARDEN serves a seasonal menu by the hand and mind of chef Marius Bosmans. A terroir driven cuisine partly plucked from the chateau’s greenhouse and vegetable garden. Uncomplicated, yet bursting with life. Both à la carte dining and a multiple course experience are at hand.
ARDEN pairs its dishes with an extensive, yet thoughtful selection of wines and local craft beers which can be savoured individually at the bar as well.
