From Wednesday to Saturday, our gastronomic restaurant ARDEN serves a seasonal menu from the hand and mind of our Michelin Star Chef Marius Bosmans.
A terroir-driven cuisine, partly picked from the castle’s greenhouse and kitchen garden. Uncomplicated, but bursting with life.
Both à la carte dining and enjoying a menu arrangement are possible.
ARDEN combines its dishes with an extensive but thoughtful selection of wines and local craft beers that can also be tasted individually at the bar.

Animals are not allowed in the restaurant.

Marius Bosmans is the driving force behind our restaurant, Arden. He is passionate about vegetables and started working at Arden after gaining experience at Hertog Jan, Boury and Nuance. His experience results in an eye for detail and a feeling for successful ingredient combinations. He masters the seasons, serving only the best nature has to offer. A pure kitchen, brimming with expression.

From Sunday to Tuesday, our Bistro restaurant Le Castor Fou serves delicious artisanal and traditional dishes prepared with local ingredients.
