In order to take Château de Vignée to the next level, Château de Vignée strengthened his team with talented chef Marius Bosmans. Marius, who gained experience at Hertog Jan, Boury & Nuance, who will be the driving force behind our restaurant, ARDEN. His experience results in an eye for detail and a feeling for successful ingredient combinations. Ludovic Garcia Y Gallego strengthens this passionate team with experience in several Michelin restaurants worldwide. Together they are looking forward to offer you a fantastic Ardennes experience in our hotel & restaurant, from today on!

ARDEN is a terroir driven restaurant working with what nature has to grant. Chef Marius Bosmans grows and gathers vegetables from the chateau greenhouse to create a pure, yet expressive cuisine in rhythm of the seasons. A curated selection of wines and local craft beers accompanies Marius’ servings.
